I'm having an intermittant problem with a 1999 civic si. The engine cranks fine, but occasionally won't fire... then when it does, its a bit rough for a second, then idles and drives perfect.

It wouldn't start at all for a while, then i replaced the coil (MSD Blaster) and it started on the first try, now the problem is intermittant.

Here is what i've done:
replaced cap and rotor
checked all vacuum lines
new plugs (gapped .035)
new coil
new battery

I have a hondata s200 and a jrsc kit.

Any ideas as to what to do next?
