Default would my dc2 coilovers fit a 1st gen crx?

im gettin a 1st gen crx and i was wondering if my coilovers off my 94 teg would fit it? also if not would the 2nd gen coilovers fit it also? thanks!

Oh and also where is a great site to get aftermarket parts for a 1st gen crx.... they are pretty rare as it is

Compare them there prolly to tall and maybe too skinny

1st gen CRX doesn't have coil springs in the front. It has torsion bars. There's not enough room between the strut and the wheel/tire for a coil spring.

There's a height adjustment nut under the car. Its attached to the tube that houses the torsion bar. It'll only be good enough for about a 1" (maybe a bit more) drop. There's a couple other ways to drop the front end.

Re-index the torsion bar by one notch (alot of work), relocated the mounting point of the LCA to a lower position, etc...

wow ... i used to go to redpepper waaaay back when i had my 1st gen rex... that place is awesome for info and tech articles for the old skoolers.
