how can i tell the difference between ctr -00 itr cams from auto b serie cams and other cams?

how can i tell the difference between ctr -00 itr cams from auto b serie cams and other cams?
someone told me that ctr cams look like auto b16 cams because of the double grooves at the end of the cam,is this true?do auto b16 cams also have double grooves?if you guys can tell me all the differences i should notice from ctr cams from others it would be really helpfull.
