1989 HONDA CIVIC DX 4 speed blue exterior blue interior in Florida, currently $102.50 AND IT Runs!!!
I am selling my 1989 Honda Civic DX Hatchback.
The vehicle is in running condition and is now on ebay with no reserve.

It has 240,000 miles on the vehicle and is a testament to how wonderful Honda's are made!

ü 4 speed fuel efficient manual transmission
ü Newer clutch
ü Newer Master Cylinder
ü Ultra convenient hatchback styling
ü Vinyl Interior
ü Factory Honda AM/FM Cassette radio
ü 30-35 mpg fuel economy
ü Original Motor
ü Transmission shifts smoothly, no grinds.
ü Engine runs strong when injector is operating properly
For those of you into Modifying Honda’s this is an excellent choice. The DX Model has the following features which makes it a great project car:
Ø Ultra Low Weight Body Style – the DX is the lightest of all the double wishbone suspension civic hatchbacks
Ø Fuel Injection – The fuel injected civic models are easier to install a motor from and Integra or JDM car into
Ø Cable clutch – allows use of very inexpensive JDM B16 Motors
Ø Double Wishbone Suspension – Allows use of suspension systems designed for any 1988-2000 civic and 1994 -2001 Acura Integra Models
Ø Since this is a 1989 it is very rare since it has the 1988 model doors. The normal 1989 vehicle have door mounted seatbelts that added much weight to the car and made the use of aftermarket belts a problem.
The vehicle needs or is in below average condition in the following areas:
o Faulty Fuel Injector – causes rough idle and some stuttering while driving
o Rust Spots – see photos
o Tear in Drivers Seat
o Driver’s window needs to be replaced
o Hood and right side Damage – see photo
o Muffler needs replacing
The owner does not currently have the title to the vehicle. If you wish to use the vehicle for street transportation you will need to fill out a lost title application in your local state. A bill of sale will accompany the ebay final closing information.
Picking up the vehicle is fine.
Payment for the vehicle is due prior to the bill of sale being subnitted to the winning bidder. A 50% payment is required within 7 days or the vehicle will be litsed on ebay and the winning bidder will be reported as a non-paying bidder.
