Im actually a mclaren fan, but I still cheer on BAR. Im sure MS had reason to have slow times, ie on heavy fuel load, or be able to run earlier on sunday qualifying on a cleaner track.

sweet. now that i don't have a DVR anymore i was dreading the tought of getting up early. 11:30 is perfect.

finally, both minardi cars out qualify the jordan's, or should i say the russian's. JV out qualifies FM and both ferrari's sux ***.

The interesting thing (other than Alonso and Kimi), is that Ferrari is not very impressive at the moment.

They are all on light fuel loads for the first session so wishfully thinking that doesn't pan out. The big buzz was yesterday from the practice sessions where Bridgestone mentioned that they have another rubber compound that will hopefully right the situation. But as was reportedly said by Bridgestone themselves, if they don't get the tire compounds right for Monaco, then the rest of the season is a bust.

On the contrary, I am a diehard Honda fan and I think the way BARH had their name dragged through the mud by the FIA was an absolute sham. For that reason I don't really care to watch the race. I need to order my F*** the FIA shirt...

i couldn't wake up at 7:30 so i watched the replay in the afternoon. alonso was really having trouble at the end. got passed twice. i wonder if renault will be switch to a harder compound. the speed commentators were saying alonso was running a soft one
