<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by d16efhatch &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">i think they are the same except the EGR plug.not positive on that though...</TD></TR></TABLE>

Not only are the HF and Si not the same but the harnesses are different through the years too, 88 is one harness, 89 is another and 90-91 is a 3rd harness.

Tell your buddy to peel the HF harness off the HF motor and put it on the Si engine. Like the other guy said you'll have an EGR plug, just let it hang.

Pop in the Si computer and you should be fine.

I spent about a week tracing every wire on my HF harness and I even used another HF harness, just different years.
