Default 88 Lx to 91 Si help?!?!?!

I have an 88 Lx (automatic ) civic sedan and I got a good deal on a 91 Si motor/ecu with an Ls tranny(not sure on year came off a ZC swap), will the motor and tranny work together and will the tranny fit? If so will I need to get new axles or will the ones I have work? And what esle besides wiring dpfi to mpfi and adding the Pedals will I need to do/buy to complete?
thanks

I've seen previous posts that have said basically that you're better off getting a new car than trying to convert to 5spd. can't remember where, but it wasn't long ago. Do a search or look in the hybrid section.
