Default Can't decide what to do next........Need some input

I am currently debating what to do next, but I am stuck on what should be my next step. So hopefully you guys can give me some input, thoughts and ideas.

I am looking to squeeze out a lil more power out of my curent setup. A Port n Polish is definitely in the next step, but beyond that is where I can not decide. I am currently debating between doing CTR Pistons over my current P30's or 1mm oversized valves and a head mill(.025" or .030"). Cower 405A-2 may also be in my future, if I can not squeeze more out of these 404's.

To see my current setup, either click on the link or look below.

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1124823

Current Setup:

B18A Block/ B18B Head
-Crower 404 w/ JG Cam Gears
-Crower Valvesprings
-Ferrea SS Valves
-Cometic Head Gasket
-Skunk2 IM
-64mm TB
-Modified Iceman intake
-JDM ITR 4-1 header w/ 2.5" collector
-No Cat
-2.5" custom piping and exhaust
-P30 B16 Pistons
-Stock Rods
-GSR Tranny w/ LSD
-Exedy Flywheel
-Clutch Specialties 6-puck clutch
-SAFC2
-Chipped P75

Next tune will be done with Crome or Uberdata.

The CTR's should raise your compression more, but they have a larger dome so you should just clay your motor just incase. And more porting, definatly a different header and either ITB's or do some work to the IM. You should talk to who ever is porting your head wheather you should go 1mm oversize or not since they are going to be the one who will be doing the work.

if u want u can change ur header and get a bisimoto header cause i know for a fact it will pull a couple more horses than wut u have on right now.

I have been calculating formulas all week and 1mm oversize valves only increases potential for flow slightly, as where I can buy the Crower 405a's and the extra lift would increase the potential for flow a lot greater. Although the bigger cams predict that I will hit volumetric effiency at a higher rpm compared to the 404's. If I am not mistaken the formula states that the 404's reach there peak at 7200 rpms and the 405a's at 8K. I will post all of this information up later.

I also looked into some IM work which should cause the torque to peak at a higher rpm. This can be accomplished by increasing the area of the runners.(I have a lot of formulas and calculations )

CTR's also would be great but my dynamic compression would be pretty high for the 404's. It'll be somewhere around 11.7:1(remember dynamic and static are 2 different measurements). However if I go with the 405's later than it will be 11.2:1 dynamic compression.

Im still debating but will post up my formula results later today or tomorrow morning.

I say get the more aggressive cams along with the CTR pistons, if anything you can raise the compression a bit more with a 2-layed headgasket. Then some IM work along with a better header. Have you spoken to any porter's about getting the 1mm oversized valves? a second opinon/ view can get you some information that you wouldnt have known. Good luck...
