I posted an ad on HT or HA for some parts. I needed a set of tail lights becaue mine was cracked. He emailed me with a price of $135, and I said I would buy for $110. We talked on the phone about this. He seemed pretty okie. He agreed about the price.
1/11/02(friday)-mailed out a Money Order because I wanted the them fast. If I mailed him a check then I would Have to wait for check to clear
1/14/02(monday)- asked him if he got my check, he said no.
1/16/02(weds NIGHT)-asked him again through online, he said no and would keep me posted.
1/18/02(friday)-saw him online(aol), asked him again, this time he said he got the check on weds and shipped on weds. I was like..okie..cool. (kind of contradicted what he told me on weds night)..so I just agreed with him and see if anything would show up.
1/22/02 (tuesday)- still didn't get anything, asked him again, called him. NOW he said he got the money on weds, but mailed on thursday. He wouldn't give me a track number, and he said he mailed it through some mailing etc store.
1/25/02(friday)- nothing, so called him up and he said he would check with the mailing store..(in my mind I was like bullpoo poo). wait until monday.
1/28/02(monday)-nothing..saw him online again, and I was like "what's going on here?". He said he would send me another pair and (didn't know what happened to the first pair) through FEdex Next day w/track number this time. to me chances are, I'm not goign to get anything.
1/29/01-30/01. nothing, saw him online, he didn't talk, ignoring me.

I wrote him a few emails after that but no respond. Currently I am waiting to file a report again this punk on internet fraud. I got all the emails with me and the AOL conversation saved.

go with checks next time..even if it takes a few days more...also..memo the check..it will be easier to fight it if it happens again, provided that you have a good bank......

 

That name and location sound familiar, I think this guy burned someone on www.clubsi.com pretty bad...you might want to head over there and ask around.

 

i have seen problems posted with this guy in the past...i think he ripped someone off for like a gsr block or something...i hate f-ing thieves
