What year ? gotta be electrical.........check / replace distributor cap and rotor. Check and clean battery and all ground connections ?
The time I had a no-start in the rain (Chevrolet) it was condensation/moisture in the distibutor.

clean the battery posts, thats one thing to do...cars not starting usually have one of two problems, no gas, or no spark...usually its spark, check the plugs, check the distributor, wires, ignition coil, and rotor under the dizzy cap.
if all else fails check the ignition switch, sometimes that will go....if your car will start then immediately shut off, try turning the key and holding it in the start position, and if it stays started its your ignition switch, goodluck

If its a 90-2002 4cyl. its going to be the dist cap and rotor. It could also be the coil. Pull the dist cap off and remove the coil and check and see if there are any hair line cracks in it. If there are you'll want to replace this too.
