Default Post pics of your old school Honda here. Let's see who's got the "oldest Honda" :P

So who else owns an school Honda? If you do, post up pics. Civic CVCC's, Accord CVCC's, first gen prelude's, N600's, etc...

I'll start it off.

Pics of my new project. 1965 Honda S600 roadster.

As you can see from the pics, the car is in shambles, and needs a complete restoration. The motor does not run, and needs completely rebuilt. The convertible top is long gone, but best off all, this is a complete car, with virtually no body rust or other damage, and the interior is in decent condition.

This won't be a few month fixer up project, but will likely turn into years of parts hunting, as these cars are next to impossible to find parts for (but there is one on ebay right now in worse condition than mine that I'll probably end up buying, just so I can have a parts car). I'd like to get the original engine up and running, but if not, I'm thinking an S2000 motor swap?

(please don't mind the horrible picture quality, they are scans of actual developed photos)

So there's mine, lets see yours

Thanks; the body work, and interior shouldn't be too hard, the car basically just needs a paint job, and the interior cleaned up. It's getting it running that has me worried.

Hopefully I'll have a fully detailed thread on the rebuild for everyone

Yes it would. Hopefully by the time I'm ready to do that, the prices on an F20 swap will have dropped a bit. I'm not sure if I could spend $5K on the drivetrain, and another god knows how much on custom fab work, all for a $2000 car.
