Default B20 VTEC fuel pressure and ignition settings

I have a B20B with GSR head and I dont know where to put my fuel pressure and ignition timing at. I right now have my fuel pressure at 40 psi and ignition timing at 17 and here are my mods to give you an idea. Now all together I have my head closer to the pistons by about .036 I believe and I was told since having that it retards your cam timing and since it does I wanted to know how much or where should I put my ignition timing?

~B20B VTEC

~GSR head

~High compression valves

~milled head .028

~2 Layer honda head gasket

~Big port job

~B16 intake cam

~B20 throttle body

~Skunk2 intake manifold

~Cold air intake

~Header

~2.5" exaust header back

~Fuel pressure regulator

~MSD Ignition blaster coil and cap

~Skunk2 chipped pr3 ecu

~ACT 6 puck clutch

~ACT race pressure plate

~S1 jdm short geared tranny with LSD

~Hasport billet mounts

Really the correct way is to tune it on a dyno with a wideband O2 sensor. That way you will make the most power while still running the engine safely. Remember every setup is different so there really isn't one universal setting for timing and fuel pressure.

Oh I know that is the correct way to do it but im waiting on getting a vafc or hondata, but just for now I wanted to get an idea where to put it since I do have to drive it around. My friend has pretty much the same setup but with a Type R head and skunk2 stage 1 cams and he dynoed best with 42 psi of fuel but he has cams.

Ok try stock timing (18 BTDC) and anywhere between 40-45 psi of fuel pressure (static)

Well right now I have it at 15 degrees igniton timing since I have the head shaved down like little over .030 and then my fuel pressure was at 40 psi and the plugs were a little white so now im at 42-43 psi
