crx and hid question

Default crx and hid question

ok i got two sets of bmw headlights
x5 and 540 witch one should i use??

i have the bulbs and balists and perjectors i want to put a set in my crx i searched and found a link to a diy step by step but the link was bad

can anybody help me??
please let me know

its a custom job. Whatever you do, don't put them in your stock housings! Also, HiDS being sold are Illegal in the US. If you want it done, its going to cost you 500+.

It'll be a 100% custom, totally one-off job.

How do you expect someone to walk you through it?

Which one should you use? Well, which one is the closest to fitting?

Do you plan to use the BMW projectors?

Do you plan to keep your stock headlight housings?

What do you plan to modify? What are you willing to modify?

What do you NEED to do to get the job done?

What length are you willing to go to?

What length are you NOT willing to go to?

You are going to need to put the whole BMW housing in the rex. It's gonna require "some" cutting, bending, grinding, bleeding and sweating to make it work.

You don't want to use the CRX housing due to heat and "visual" issues. Those bulbs are made to work in the BMW housing (that's why the orb is there in front of the bulb).
