Default LSVTEC running random CEL +bled clutch still kinda soft. HELP

Got all my **** running turned it on no codes sat like that for a few days till i could get my throttle cable. today is the first time i drove it after about a minute of driving a got a CEL went back home turn the car just so the battery and everything was on code gone. started it up drove again same thing this time i tried to check it without turning the car off blinked once but did not repet. i should at lest keep repeating the code. i didnt even see it blink a friend that doesnt know much said he saw it so i dont really know what i did. also i just bled the clutch for like 15 minutes would get somewhat stiff then once i started driving it was a little soft not real bad but not right. anyways car still engaged vtec pulled good couldnt really tell anything wrong from the code but i dunno what it could be. the only thing i could think of was that vacuum box that has a plug on it for the butterflies on the gsr i dont have just have it running to a vacuum source. let me know what yall think thanks.
