I was just wondering how would I go about mounting a front tow hook? Does it matter which side of the bumper it goes on?

 

what year is it?? they stick down throught a slot in the rear underside of the bumper

the EK, they bolt to the frame under the rad

I have a 99 Civic but I was talking about a Benen front tow hook. I have seen them coming through the bumper but I dont know where it attaches to.

 

...by drilling holes on the bottom of the bumper support.

Thats what I thought. This is what someone from another forum said:

does not matter, and it should replace a factory tow hook 3 17mm bolts i believe
