Default Diagnosing Vacuum Leaks

Hey , 95 prelude vtec

At idle it surges onece its compeltely warmed up... from bout 700_---> 500 and back up.. it drops and falls.. then rises back up.... almost feels like its gonna stall sometimes

Blocked off EGR

NO CEL

replaced

fuel filter
dizzy cap and rotor
sprk plugs and wires

My suggestions: replace probably oil-soaked IM gaskets and do a good valve adjustment.

Those things worked great for my idle problems.
