Default Is there such a thing as upgraded rod bearings ??

I was wondering if there existed an upgraded rod bearing for the LS (B18B) engine ?

Thanks

OEM works just dandy, ACL and clevite also make good bearings. I believe ACL now has a "competition or race" bearing that they offer now as well.

i think someone did a write up how they are not worth the money, and your can stick to the regular acl line instead of the race version

Personally, i would stick with oem, if you want an upgraded factory bearing just order the rod bearings for a b16a when you figure out your colors. They can take alot more abuse than the ls bearings.
