Default 94 Ej1 braking at stop sign rpms drop to almost 0?

Its not a vaccum leak already checked that i know i have a bad o2 sensor could that be the problem. Wanting others opinion

Same thing happened to me, fixed 2nd o2 sensor and it went away.

Almost always the IACV, they go quite often in civics.
