good price 2000 se?
That price dosen't sound unreasonable at all if the body/paint is in good condition. Also check the engine for they typical signs of a problem. If all checks out, I'd say jump on it for that price.
That's not enough info to go on...
Does she have maintenance records?
What does it look like on the outside - was it well cared for, waxed, etc.?
Have you run a carFax - any history of body damage?
Engine - any sign of leaks or non-Honda replacement parts?
How does it drive?
Any immediate costs you will incur - new tires, brakes, stereo, etc.?
2000's have an extended warranty to 100k for the transmission, so you will be protected for a little while, but you need to watch it closely for problems before you get to 100k.
If the car is in excellent shape with a clean history and no need for immediate investment in repairs or maintenance, it may be worth up to $9k. However, work your way down from this figure based upon your answers to the above questions...
