Are obd0, obd1, obd2 knock sensors the same?

As the title states, will an obd0, obd1 knock sensor plug up to an obd2 plug, and are they all the same from single cam to duel cam?

I'm pretty sure obd0,1,2 are the same. I don't know if the sohc and dohc are different or not though.
