I was thinking of getting the ventulli plate. Do you have any dyno plots of before and after it was installed? How about the butt dyno, any difference?

No I didn't dyno it but it was very noticable. I hate to give reviews on something that I didn't get to actually dyno, but I think that this was one of the best modifications for the B16a.
Granted I had stock cams, so if you are using high profile camshafts, then you might have different results. I was so happy with it I am trying it on my JDM B18C-R. But I am using Type-R camshafts with that setup as well.
The Ventuli Plate works. Period.
