Red paint under black lip ????????

Red paint under black lip ????????
I recently bought my type R and today after washing it i noticed some paint chips on the front lip, under the black paint i noticed red paint, is this unusual or is it possible the lip has been changed ??
any opinions ?

just looks llike it has been repainted from another color. maybe the person had the previous lip stolen or something and had to replace it with on that someone had painted red ?

Check under the front of the car for any damage
