hey guys I just bought a 1991 Accord LX (Canadian version), got 250,000kms, i got a couple problems with it.

I start the car, put it in D4, and start going, then come to a complete stop, put it in Reverse and go a bit, when i put it back into D4, and im at a dead stop and i press the gas, the car jerks, rpms drop about 500, and then jump about 800, this also happens SOMETIMES when i drive for like 20+mins and come to a stop and it jerks again when tryin to accelerate (hard and not hard), it even stalls every 10th time it does that, if i turn the car off the same moment it jerks or it stalls, i cant turn the car back on until the 3rd try, and when i do everything is either back to normal, OR, the "S" light is blinkin (sports mode), and the car stays in D4 the WHOLE time, from dead stop it accelerates in D4 even if im flooring it.

Any input would help? Also wat does the "Sports" mode do?

 

Tough to diagnos. Did you bring it in a shop yet? Is your cel on? WHen was the last tune-up made to it? When did it start this? Does it do it only do this when cold or hot?

It does this COMPLETELY randomly, today i drove for 20 mins, nothin happened, perfect, Im gonna get the "S" blinking code and post it

 

ok I looked everywhere and cant find any definition of the codes that the "S" light brings up? here is what i got:

First i get 1 blink (not sure if short or long), then a long pause, then i get these codes:

11, 61, 71, followed by a long pause, 1 blink (not sure what kind) long pause and the code repeats.

Can someone PLEASE help me? I have no idea what these codes are.

 

so is my TCM alright if its flashing codes? Anyone any help?
