Cusco Lower Tie Bar Rear??
Tie bars and strut tower bars are for structural rigidity, not handling. While the increased rigidity will help handling response and feel, it won't give you a quantitative handling improvement. If you want something that really sharpens handling, upgrade your sway bars, as noted above.

it all depends on how you drive. If your not extremely into driving aggressively on the streets or on a track - autox or road racing, than I doubt you would notice a difference.
I have an EG, and I was one of the first to put one on back in '96 and everybody would tell me that it wouldn't make a difference (jim bob at the local yokel parts place), but I really had to find out for myself, so I went through the hassle to install it (wrong bolts were distributed with the product at first), and IT MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE ON LATERAL G's!! The rear end didn't brake loose as easily, and it was way more manageable. SIDENOTE: The top rear strut tower bar wasn't noticeable at all.
If you get the chance, be sure to pick-up the Front lower arm bar. Both Cusco and GAB offered one at the time.
