I dont get why people put them things on their cars? All your doing is making the tow truck driver's job eaiser when he tows your car away for being illegaly parked. Mine never gets towed because it's so low.

I need towhooks b/c I dont feel like getting my front and rear lips ripped-off when I need to get towed.
$200+ for a new lip or $90 towhooks. hhhmmm..

ideally yes, but who is here to say that everyone here has a functional tow hook other than for looks
but i like them.lol

i don't have any tow hooks on my car and it is about 6 inches off the ground 
..when i had to get smog tested the guy hooked my car onto the thing by the frame.
