Default cluster stopped working (searched)

to make a long story short i just got my car back from the body shop light front end damage. Well my cluster just stopped working does anyone know what fuse it is on a 1992 civic 4door.

Check that, then check the backup fuse in the fuse box under the hood.

It's a YEL 10A. If you're looking at it: it's on the top row, 4 fuses in from the left.

got it working but the only problem know is that everytime you use the turn signal or turn on the hazard light the fuse for the gauge cluster blows and so does the hazard fuse.
