Default ITR Intake Camshaft in a B17

I will be putting in a ITR Intake camshaft in the next week into my 1992 GSR B17 engine. Anyone have this done? what are the results?

How tricky is it to do? I have read over c-speedracing.com's write up.. but still would like any more tips. Also, anyone have the specs for when I do the valve lash adjustment for 1998 Integra Type R Intake Camshaft/Valve springs?

the c-speedracing writeup is a very good one. search for the valve lash specs, I'm sure they're on here. I don't have them off the top of my head.
Unfortunately, I doubt you're going to notice much of a gain by just installing the intake cam. Is this the only mod you're doing? do you have any means of tuning?

you should be ok ...............as long as you dont plan taking past 8k after that you should think about some valve train so you dont damage anything. and i think valve lash is .003-.005 on the intake side and .006-.008 on the exhaust

also u might wanna look at a 2.25-.5 exhaust. the 2" seems kinda restricing

If it hasn't been done in the last 50K to 60K miles you might as well. At least I would.
