I recently bought a 1990 CRX si parts car and am in the process of getting the car titled. In order to legally title this car in WV I need a title (clear/rebuilt/salvage any will do) and vinn tags from any 2nd gen crx to take to the WVDMV to get the title transferred to my 90 CRX.
