Hi,

I installed this fuel rail, but it seems as though I am missing a washer or something on the fuel return line fitting (is that what it is?). Its not the end with the FPR, but the other end. Without a washer or something it seems as though I can't screw the fitting on tight enough and a little bit of fuel leaks. Does anyone know the part I need??

I don't know the part, but I'm not sure if those types of washers (fuel line ones) are particular or not. Meaning I don't know if you could just go to the hardware store and get a washer to fit and have it work. Is the unit new? You could check AEM's website and see if they have an exploded view of the part(s), or call them.

 

Yeah I tried their website, but theres nothing there. Wouldn't they just be a crush washer or something?

That seems to make the most sense. That way, when tightened down, the washer would seal. Similar to the washers used for the fuel filter lines.
