I don't know if this if the right forum or not, please move it if it's not but my question is... does anyone know where I can get a passenger side door with hinges (not just the door panel) and a right front fender for cheap... My girlfriend opened up the door as I was going in reverse and I took out a big "bolted to cement" industrial mailbox. =/

 

1st - shoot your GF in the foot for opening your door while your driving.

2nd - hit ebay or yer local junkyard

 

any idea how much itll run for that and the fender? i was hoping under $300.

The fender will run you about 100 - 150, and it sounds like you'll need the door hardware and the door. If you get lucky, you might squeeze by under that. Check the classifieds and see if anyone is parting out a wrecked car.

It searches salvage yards all over the contry. I once bought a perfect condition 94 CX fender for $80 shipped (from east coast to Vegas). You just call the salvage yards with the parts you want, tell them the stock number shown on car-part.com, and they confirm they still have it. Then you pay & they ship...
