Alright guys a little info.
crx with sohc pushing around 225 to 400 whp. the reason I say up to 400 is because the block is going out in a few weeks to get sleeved. so what size slicks should I get? im ordering 13x8 lensos today and have no idea what size slick to order. I will be ordering these from M&H tires. so thanks for the help

you might want to take into consideration, the GEARING in your trans, to "aide" you in choosing a properly sized slick. your "usable" powerband, would also be a good thing to know, when choosing a slick size
here is the gear speed calculator, i know that it doesnt have a d series trans in it. but you can change the gear ratios for each individual gear. hopefully this will help

Hi bottle fed;The best thing you can do when you get slicks is HIGH AIR PRESSURE. Lets say if you buy like my 8/25-13 I would start @ 15-psi and get the feel of the slicks, you will spin but you will have a less chance of breaking a tranny or a half shaft. Spinning can be a fun thing, you can get use to controling the car and the throttle @ the same time and that my friend is what you call back pedaling down the track and believe me you will need that expertize some day when you pick up HP. When the time comes and you are ready to rock, drop down the air pressure 1-psi @ a time untill you feel the car start to hook up. Stop right their and start playing and have fun.
GOOD LUCK in 2005 bottle fed be safe.
