Default Fenders really required for SiR JDM Front conversion?

Hi
I'm in the process of acquiring parts for an sir front conversion, i'm just curious tough whether the fenders are required as 90 and 88 crx' parkers can fit on eachother depending on the headlights and fender clips.

I've so far got the JDM headlights, bonnet and t section with bonnet clip

would i need to re-position the clip on the bonnet.
also how much work will it be to convert my front bar to fit the headlights.

thanks

Fenders are the same as US, just the JDM EF ones have the sidemarkers on them and have the 90-91 spec side moldings.

i've always thought the mouldings on the 88 and 90 are the exact same, except that the 88 uses the clips with holes (so u can screw in) and hte 90+ uses the clips with a slot (so u can slide the parker in)
I'm currently using an 88 parker on my 91 fender right now, though the fit is not perfect.
..maybe you are right.
