Hi im probably gonna get a HKS hi power soon and i had a few question to those who already own it. Is this exhaust legal? like it doesnt remove the catalytic converter right? and if i had my own garage and welder shoudlnt be that complicated to install myself? thanks, and if theres anything i left out please inform me
