Asahi Racing alloy wheels.
These are a Honda wheel. PCD is 114.3. Extremely light wheels. were spares for my evo 2 but will consider selling them for the right money.
205 60 15 tyres, michelin i believe with loads of tread.

they are, but four good condition caps alone worth another 100 bucks
12.5lb each or less, but you need to run a spacer in front

already running spacers...and center caps arent a huge issue for me....
