benefits of the AEM pulley kit ?
ok I just want some reviews on AEMs tru-power pulley kit. I know it'll add little to no horsepower, but what else will it do over stock? all reviews welcome.
Might give a little added throttle response ... at least it did on my EJ8. But other than that, it really wasn't worth the $120.
While others have said they noticed extreme battery wear, flickering lights, etc., I noticed none of this. (I also had the factory stereo, though; perhaps they were running aftermarket subs and amps?) The car started and drove like normal but with slightly better throttle response. Other than that, I can't say whether or not they added power because I didn't do a before-and-after dyno. I, personally, won't buy another AEM pulley kit simply because I don't think it was worth the money for what it "did."

Ive had them for years.
My headlights dim until i hit the gas. My wipers will speed up when i hit the gas..lol.. Bought a new battery also, since having a sub/amp with the pullys killed it
