IM technical question
I have seen that the Euro R manifold has shorter intake runners and single butterfly but what does that specifically do in comparison to a stock Prelude manifold with it's dual butterfly? I have a buddy of mine in ATL who is coming to Houston and his friend is selling one. I have thought about getting it but what difference would it make since my Prelude will be boosting? I have read about it being good on an N/A Prelude but I have not found feedback on it with a boosted Prelude. Would I be correct to assume that from a performance perspective, it would be a good buy for a turbo Prelude or am I wrong?
Also, I have a Type S TB which I was going to use on a N/A setup but opted for boost, would it still be ideal to use? Help!

Check out "Hemholtz tuning" in regards to intake manifold design. Should be what you're looking for.
That said, when the IM is pressurized all the n/a "rules" go right out the window, it's a very different environment. Bigger plenums, and runner length becomes less important than overall flow.
