I got 10passes out of mine then it blew up my diff. Then about 7,000miles of daily driving later, it glazed over.

it glazed over from slipping it too much on the street, it didnt allow any slippage at the track it just engaged too hard and put too much stress on the diff.

I ran the FX500 3 puck for almost 2 years, it went great until you make anything more than 350 ft/lb and it started slipping.

For street daily driven car and making less than 350 ft/lb, I think that's the best option.

I had one last roughly 3 years; first it was in st00pid's old 10.9 hatch for about 6-8 months.. then we pulled it out and ran it in my car for about two and a half years (daily driven + track time 2 or 3 days a week) before it finally died. Like Stan stated, I think the stage 5's longevity has more to do with driving style and torque numbers more than anything.

Im using the stage 5 clutchmasters now. I will be upgrading soon to exedy twin disc. I ran the stage5 when i had my nitrous car...it lasted until i sold the swap. So IMO for the $$ is a excellent clutch

Fully built d16z6 and adding a precision SC5252e turbo at around 20 psi and a 50 shot of nos.
I was killing stage3's in a few months with a stock eclipse turbo at 12 spi
