Default ITR springs

hey guys i was thinkin about gettin a set of ITR springs for my 00 civic Si/SiR and was wonderin if this is a good idea. would this drop my car all? and would i have to change my shocks

if anything it would raise your car because the spring rate is higher

you wouldn't have to change your shocks because it wouldn't lower your car. Just get some H&R OE springs if you wanna drop and you don't want it to lower your car too much.
