Invidia/ Skunk2 supposed to be the same. All stainless steel seems to be good quality sounds good looks good the only downside I see is it hangs low and it is loud as hell. Not too bad with the silencer but still not quiet. Apexi WS if you want quite I like the WS and wanted one but couldn't find one only the WSII and I can't stand how the tip isn't centered on the WSII. Greddy makes good stuff although I'm not a huge fan of the looks of them. Apexi N1 welded up to custom 2.25" Kteller piping if I didn't go with the Invidia I most likely would have gone this route or WS if I found one. If I had to do it all over again I probably would have still bought the Invidia. I have also heard pretty good things about Tanabe. Here is a picture of my Invidia one thing you can't really tell is it comes out angled to the right side.

tanabe hyper, classic oval canister look with a nice aggresive 115mm tip...heard one on a integra before and sounded pretty nice, and they're reduced price now cuz tanbe has a newer model out

I've heard good things about the Tanabe's also altough I don't think they look the best but they do look better than a lot I still like the canister style better though.

I just installed the Magnaflow system (15686) for my '97 Accord SE (coincidently). Beautiful 3 piece set, deep very satisfying sound which gets moderately louder at wide open throttle (but near stock levels at idle). Comes complete with center resonator and heavy gauge hangers. Comes in single, heavy gauge box with components foamed in place (no chance for damage).

Bought kit from:
