NO...the P5M/H22A3 or A4 bracket will not fit onto a P13/H22A1 Pump.
the P5M/H22A3 or A4 bracket is the same as the 94-97 Accord bracket but for DOHC. so if you want to use an Accord pump you need the P5M bracket.
