Default obd1 h22

I duno whether i should run a p13 or a p28 or etc..

any difference?
any advice/suggestions?

i have a stock h22 in a EK hatch and want the most power out of it possible at low ranges

p13 is fine but if you run a p28 then you need to chip it.

I think the basic difference between the p12 and the p28 is that the p28 eliminates the knock sensor and the oxygen sensor...

doesnt matter, the ecu is meant for a 1.6l engine, it should be chipped to stock/aftermarket lude specs anyways, dont run a stock p28 meant for a civc in your h22

i've run both a jdm p13, and a p28 with the jdmshit chip. the p13 has more fluid powerbands and is better for daily driving, although i'm gonna have to chip it to disable egr to get rid of the cel. the chipped p28 is faster at the track, but runs the car really rich. when chipping an ecu, the vtec engagement and fuel cut are based on the chip. either will work. I would recommend the stock p13, it was meant for your engine.
