Is it easy to do? Any tips or tricks?

easy.... use new copper washers, and maybe teflon tape. But i have never had to use teflon.

be sure to twist the bottom of the nut on the bottome of the fuel filter as well as the screw in opposite directions, instead of just twisting one. This makes your life a lot easier. All in all it is really simple
