Default adjusting valve clearance..180 turn @ each cyclinder?

i was confused.. 180 turn that turns a whole full round back to where it started and a 1/4 turn? or is it just a quarter turn. Say i'm done with #1 piston, then go to piston #3 by turning slightly counter clockwise a quarter turn to up mark facing exhaust side? I just wanna make sure i didnt do it wrong before.

Just look at the rocker you're about to adjust and make sure the cam lobe is pointing up. Rotate it as you see fit....

just adjust each one one by one. the cams have to be a bottom dead center i think.

You really can't do it wrong as long as you make sure the lobes aren't pointed toward the rockers. There's only .00x" of clearance there so you'll know when you did it wrong. But if you're worried pull off the valve cover and and measure again. only takes 15 min.
