are the front end parts ofa 4dr interchangeable with that of a 2dr? By that i mean on a 92-95, in trying to rebuild a wrecked front end on a hatchback, will parts from a 2dr, fit it as well as a 4dr? Im mainly concerned with body panels.

I don't think so since clear corners for 4 dr civics will not fir 2dr/3dr civics. Judging by this, they cannot be interchangeable since clear corners on 5th gen civics touch the hood, fender and bumper. Although, if you have all the front end pieces of a 4dr. civic, you can probably use it on a coupe or hatch.

 

so, in theory, if i replace all 3 pieces it should work right? However, do the mounting holes and locations match??

 

I believe so although you shouldn't hold me to that. I think if you have the hood, fenders, bumper, headlights and corners, they should all bolt work together.

You can use any of the parts off of a 2 door but not the 4 door
