i am currently running mobile 1 5w 30, i used this oil through the winter and now it is getting close 2 summer here in wpg would i be better off using 10w30 or should i stick with 5w 30?

Hey there fellow Winnipegger All you need is the 5w 30. It doesn't really matter what brand as long as you trust that brand. I have a 5th gen also, I burn quite a bit of oil. I just use Quaker State.

You should be fine.

Royal Purple or Red Line oil.. they're good shiet

 

Stick with 5w-30. It is too cold up there. You don't want thicker oil. (10w-30)

How many miles on the engine?

 

oil isn't oil, but the stuff you're using right now is perfect for the weather conditions in Canada

not at all! but you'll be fine sticking with mobile 1 5w30, that's what I use all year around.
