Hot block?????
here we go again...instead of doing the usual thing and bombarding the seller with emails demanding to know the block#, VIN, etc...
why doesnt someone just:
1. register a new ebay account or use an existing account
2. WIN the auction (without plans of actual payment)
3. get the sellers mailing address
4. have a local HT member go check out the block
5. alert authorities on confirming a stolen block
i'd imagine that most sellers get scared when they find out someone is onto them...then they pull the item off ebay and probably sell it on the street...or partstrader.
