I'm debating between getting GC sleeves and d2 full coilovers, but have a question about the drop on a GC set up.

In a recent thread on omnipower sleeves, I realized that there is a huge problem with rear drops on sleeves because of the shape of the rear shock. The solution was to knock off the shock's perch in order to allow the full drop.

Is this the case with Ground Controls? If I ran them with say AGXs, would I have to knock off the perch in order to get a full drop?
