Can replica lips be modified to look like OEM?

Can replica lips be modified to look like OEM?
Hey guys,
Just scored a replica Mugen lip for my 99-00 Civic. The thing is the bit where it attaches to the bottom grill of the bumper is a little off and both sides dont fully wrap around the bumper making the sides not flush with the body..

I was wondering if bodyshop/panel beaters can make it look OEM..
Has anyone had their replica lip made it look OEM?
*I can't afford OEM so **** off.
