WTB Maryland car "not sure what" for under 10K

WTB Maryland car "not sure what" for under 10K
I'm trying to think of a good "cheap" everyday driver.
If I get a honda "none prelude" I want it to have a GSR swap with basic bolt ons/stock parts other then motor.
I wouldnt mind a GSR or even an SE teg.
outside the honda field I'm open for ideas.
I really like AWD so a GSX/TSI isnt a bad idea.
also Audis, and subis.
I also have https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1231517] for sale/trade + or - cash depending on what car/truck. the red truck is up in the air but the white truck and audi are still forsale.
BTW I'm in Anne Arundel County.
