Primary Heated Oxygen Circuit
Well, after work one day I was cruising along about 55mph or so, and all of a sudden my CEL came on. I've been really busy, but I searched and learned to check the code and all of that. When I pulled the code, it blinked 1 time, and from the chart located http://hondaprelude.to/article....html
at the site, it means Primary Heated Oxygen Circuit, or the ECM is the culprit. My question is, what are these things? I searched for each, and all I found was someone looking for an ECM. Anyone know what it is and if I should attempt to fix it myself or what? Any help in the right direction will be greatly appreciated.
Edit: This is on a 97 SS

usually code 1 is for the o2 sensor itself, and 41 is for the heater circuit. If you want a short term fix, take it out and spray it with carb cleaner. It'll buy you some time.
